UK and Australia typically 2 weeks ,may vary to 3-5 weeks. Orders over $100 may ship by UPS ground/slowest for insurance at our discretion. UPS Customs fees outside of the USA are not included. INTERNATIONAL First Class and International Priority: NO tracking available, no insurance or guarantee of delivery. Shipments are FOB Phoenix and at the buyers risk of delivery (may take up to 60 days or more in some countries.
HOLIDAY ORDERS: Most orders are shipping (leaving the warehouse) 2-5 business days after order entry. USA Priority Mail delivery typically 2-3 days later (AFTER ship date, but not a guarantee of delivery date by the post office), we ship from Phoenix, AZ, USA or other locations shipped from "ABC Online Resources, LLC" for client privacy. Express orders (Continental USA only) allow 2-5 days for packing and then 1-3 business days later for delivery in the USA. A business day is Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. If you are unavailable when the courier makes a delivery attempt, your delivery or pick-up may be delayed. We are not responsible for delivery delays. We reserve the right to use an alternate carrier or delivery method for any order. Invalid billing information may delay your order.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES*:
With some exceptions (*as noted below) we allow returns/exchanges with a return authorization number (RAN) and return to us within 10 days of delivery on many items. Email us with your order number, the style numbers you would like to return and the reason. Of course, they must be unworn, new condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging (if any). Again, you will need a Return Authorization number on the OUTSIDE of the package. (stressing again!) On orders with "free shipping" the restock fee will also include a minimum of $6 or the actual cost of shipping, whichever is higher. All orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if a new order of equal or greater value has not been placed with us. Allow 2-4 weeks for processing your return. (Some items may be covered under a manufacturers satisfaction guarantee, if that is the case with your items we will provide you with the information to contact the manufacturer directly for your return.) **Note: All Closeout/Clearance/Blowout items and items at 50% discount /Sale or more; costumes and costume accessories, Makeup, are all Not returnable or exchangeable at all.
Important notes: If you have purchased undergarments/swimwear they must be tried on over undergarments or they cannot be returned for any reason.
Items that smell like smoke or cologne may not be returned and will be rejected. No pet hair, or hair of any kind, on the garments (Yuck!), they are not returnable.
Deodorant marks or sweat marks (another Yuck!) make your items not returnable. Shipping/handling is always non-refundable. If your order qualified for any type of free shipping offer, a minimum $6 restock (shipping) fee or the actual cost of shipping, whichever is higher, will apply for returns.
Items that are NEVER returnable or exchangeable:
*Special order items
*Worn items (especially undergarments and swimwear! Try on over undergarments
*Clearance or Closeout items or items at 50% discount/sale or more (that’s why they are so cheap! We don’t want them back).
*Items with torn seams (“My item has torn seams and I need a large size”, girrrllll we all know what happened there! Be very careful and don’t force items on)
*Any item that has been altered or worn (What would we do with altered items?)
*Opened wigs, beards, mustaches or other artificial hair items.
*Fake teeth (like Vampire teeth)
*Costumes and costume accessories are non-returnable or exchangeable. No returns or exchanges on costumes. (Why you ask? Some clever people would buy a costume, wear it to their party, then want their money back because they don’t need it anymore. Uh uh uh! Not here.)
*Absolutely no returns or exchanges on custom print items (be sure to review your order before you enter/confirm it on checkout, check your spelling carefully). *Once orders are entered online (an order number is generated and your card is authorized) they may not be canceled or changed as they may be routed for processing immediately). Other stuff: We do not guarantee delivery dates regardless of any comments entered with orders. We reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges per household or customer. Closeout, clearance, blowout and irregular items are always sold as is, absolutely no exchanges or refunds, they are from the manufacturer, claims of missing accessories, buttons, snaps etc. or incomplete sewing will be the buyers responsibility. Exchanges must have a return authorization number before shipping to us. Exchanges should be insured, as we cannot exchange items that we do not receive for processing of course. Credit card charge-backs: In the event a credit card charge is disputed as fraudulent, unrecognized, unauthorized or any other reason, we will turn the matter to our collections department. In the event the chargeback is not resolved in a timely manner we may turn the matter over to law enforcement agencies or other collection agencies and may result in additional fees due including but not limited to attorney's fees and court costs. Minimum additional fee for chargebacks or collections is $25. Interest on disputed charges at 1.5% per month or maximum lawful rate whichever is higher.
