CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: Due to production and shipping partner expectations, order must be entered by December 9th for delivery in the USA by 12/24. International orders by November 15th.

We ship from Phoenix, AZ, USA and other partner locations in the USA. We accept: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.

Holiday Closures: MLK Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and that weekend, Dec. 24, Dec. 25, Dec. 31, Jan.1. Closed weekends and Holidays.

We ship worldwide, select your country upon checkout.

Shipping methods*:

Standard Shipping*: allow 2-5 business day for order preparation/printing, then 4-7 mailing days for delivery in the USA (6-12 business days total)*

Expedited Shipping*: Allow 2-4 business days for order preparation. Then 3-4 mailing days for delivery (total 5-8 business days delivery after the order is entered. Example: order Friday afternoon, your order may ship on Monday for delivery Friday or the following Monday in the USA)*

CANADA*: allow 2-4 business days for printing/packing, then generally 28-45 days for delivery.* due to Covid. Many packages are earlier.

Other countries: allow 2 business days for printing, then generally 28-45 days for delivery. Due do COVID, delivery dates are not guaranteed*

Note: We screen diligently for credit card fraud. Also be sure to review your color/size selection before confirming your order as they may be routed for shipping immediately.

Shipping calculator: You may calculate shipping by entering your shipping city, state or province, country and selecting the shipping method and clicking the "Apply" button on the shopping cart page or the checkout page (before you input your credit card information on our secure checkout).

We offer UPS shipping in the USA, UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Allow 1-2 business day after your order is entered for packing of your order, then add the estimated delivery time. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day are packed and shipped typically same day if entered before 12pm MST.

An alternative shipping method or carrier may be used for shipping at our discretion (example: large or heavy orders may ship by UPS even though mail was selected. Air may be used to Hawaii/Alaska even if "ground" shipping was selected, etc.)

We ship by the US Postal Service Priority Mail in the USA including APO/FPO if selected, Express Mail outside of the USA if possible (if the service is not offered in your country your order may ship by Priority Mail or other service at our discretion).

Shipping Outside of the United States, you may calculate shipping on the shopping cart by entering your shipping destination, selecting the shipping method (either INTERNATIONAL (which is shipped by the USPS United Postal Service Express or Priority Mail and typically the least expensive, depending on your shipping destination) or UPS Worldwide, UPS Canada, etc) and clicking the "apply" button. We will only SHIP TO VERIFIED BILLING ADDRESSES FOR THE CREDIT CARD OR VERIFIED SHIPPING ADDRESS WITH PAYPAL, they will be verified with your bank. Customs fees, if any, are not included in the shipping rate. Orders to Canada over $100 may ship by UPS ground at our discretion for insurance and tracking. VAT, import taxes, customs clearance fees if any by UPS or other carrier not included in the shipping/handling rate and are the purchasers responsibility. Any package returned as unclaimed or undeliverable as addressed or for the shipping method selected may be refunded less shipping/handling BOTH WAYS if returned, if customs/brokerage fees have been paid by the carrier the return fees may be more than the order total and the order may be abandoned an NO REFUND ISSUED. By entering your order for shipment outside of the USA you agree to these terms (you agree to accept your package and pay any import taxes and/or customs brokerage fees to the carrier you select).

UPS Info/FAQ: Why wasn't my package delivered in three days, as indicated? Three days means three business days (not counting the day of pickup). Please note that the UPS Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and any delays that occur beyond the control of UPS (or any other carrier or the shipper). Example: Orders placed on Saturday by UPS 3 Day would generally be packed and shipped on Monday and picked up by UPS. Day 1 is Tuesday and delivery expected by Thursday.*

ABCunderwear.com may attempt to contact you to verify that you authorized the credit card charge and order. If we are not able to contact you or we are not able to verify the shipping address as authorized on the account, your order may be canceled and terminated by ABCunderwear.com without further communication. If your order is terminated by us, your credit card will not be charged.

GIFT GIVINGWe will ship gifts at our discretion, in the USA. Signature may be required for delivery so please tell your recipient to watch for the package.

Orders are shipped from ABC Online Resources, LLC or "Order Fulfillment".

PO Boxes ARE acceptable if listed on the account and shipping by Priority Mail, Express Mail or Basic Shipping (in the USA and Australia only. Canada and other countries MUST use a physical address.

In the event shipping/handling may cost more than shown upon checkout we may contact you to authorize the additional charge or select alternative shipping methods if available. If we do not have a prompt authorization, your order may be canceled or shipped at our discretion.

*Rates, minimums and free shipping offer subject to change without notice. Minimums for shipping are after any discounts/coupons are applied. Example: A $60 order with a $5 coupon brings the product purchase price to only $55, shop more to qualify for other promotions. Any returns or exchanges of orders shipped with a "Free Shipping" offer will be subject to a minimum $6 restocking fee in addition to other exchange fees or reshipping fees. We reserve the right to change or discontinue offers at any time. Delays may affect any order such as seasonal demands, weather delays, acts of god or terrorism, invalid shipping or billing address, no one available to accept certain types of shipments, etc.
