These Camo Undies For Men: Fits nice around the waist, but they don't quite have enough material in the back to sufficiantly cover my bum. A nd the sizes fit smaller than most undierwear. About only one size up need do the trick to the waist and crotch, but yet again dosen't quite cover my bum.

Bikinis are a challenge for guys with 39 waists. The XL will fit a guy easily up to 40, as advertised. The pouch is roomy too, not too loose, though, but big enough for the fairly well endowed. It doesn't squish you all up like a lot of bikinis do, would work for a swimsuit too!
