What kind of material are they made of? Are they true to size? Is there any stretch to the material?

Hello; This is made of PES fabric which is a pleather look shiny fabric made from Polyester, the fabric content is: 95% PES and 5% Spandex.
Due to the way this one is made it allow to stretch better due to openings on each side to allow for a better fit. Elastic waist has a great stretch and very comfortable.
