We suggest ordering a Medium for a firm fit. However if you would prefer a looser fit we suggest a Large. There is a hip waist band to allow for stretch as well

We are not sure we understand this question, if you mean the tags on the underwear, then No, they can however be removed once received. If you means to say the invoice when shipping, then in this case we only ship with a packing slip which does not include any pricing information incase this is a gift, and finally if you mean the elastic band, they all now feature the NDS Wear logo on them and they can no be removed.
