The design on these is terrific. Of the c-ring, and other thongs I've tried, this one is the best option for fellows that are larger than average, or referred to as having "BDP's". The inner pouch is open at the top. It's really nice not being 'contained' in a small pouch. Although the pictures show the model 'tucked', you don't have to position yourself that way. Up and off to the side is my preferred option, and this one allows that freedom. Bought two pair, and am back for 4 more.

Concept and general design is superb, but execution of the design missed the mark. Key problem is the elastic waistband: it's a mere quarter-inch (0.25 inch). Brief has same problem. Feels wonderful & solves chaffing problem. Can't wear it after just 1 washing.
