what size is the hole

The sizing of the hole is approximately 2 - 2.5 inches.
Is hole reinforced

The hole has elastic around it as well for reinforcement.

The string in the back is two big needs to be more snug the pouch is fine however but it’s to loose cause of the string being too big

Runs large

I have a 39 inch waist, and according to the size chart, this should have fit. It is loose on me. Guess I should have gotten one size smaller, and also read the other reviews. The mention the waist band isn't all that great. Live and learn. This item wasn't up to the same quality standards of other products that I have purchased here.

Not as I had hoped

The pouch fit well enough, but the string in the back was too long and didn't give much support. I wouldn't recommend buying this item

ok but could be better

Wear this with jeans and gives support and comfortable but only after removing the thin strap from pouch to waistband. The 'boys' stay in place. The hem on the pouch could be a little stronger but not wider like on some of the other pouches sold here. With the waistband material being so light they start stretching after several cold/cold air dry washings.

It is comfortable to wear although with jeans that little strap from pouch to waistband can be uncomfortable. So I removed it which only changed the wear if I slept with it on, the boys tend to escape. It is not quite perfect but the best I've found. The pouch hem could be stronger to support the boys better and prevent them from escaping in the middle of the night. The hole is too small and the waistband doesn't last long. I wash it cold/cold and hang to dry. It is convenient to wear if a pit spot is called for, more so that a pouch or a thong.
