it appears in the photo that the vertical elastic strap can slide side-to-side on the waistband strap. is that the case here? Thanks. Lobbo may have a similar quality here to NDS. ps I much prefer your mannikin to that ugly incorrectly-muscled islander model

Hello, we think the item has a perfect amount of fabric, however, that is our prefrence as to others may want less, and note, the item will fit everyone differently in that area. This item is one of the favorites purchased and we have not received any complaints. We hope this helps.
