They have a very nice support and I like the look/style, but unfortunately, the pouch is so small and tight that it pushes everything back flat again. And sometimes pushes it back behind the support... The product definitely needs a more stretchy fabric in the pouch. I tried both small and medium and am not satisfied. Rating: 3
