Hello, Yes these are very soft and comfortable for swimwear and very popular. This is the fabric content for this item: 90% Polyamide / 10% Spandex fabric; which is very similar to the tanning pouch rain drop you mentioned. Hope this helps
Can you please clarify the built-in c ring and inner lined pouch enclosure, since there is no picture. Do the parts reside between the inner lining and the outer fabric?
